Today we have a guest speaker. Ashley Lau. Ashley’s role in the community is a secondary school teacher and has a background in Food Science and Nutrition. She has worked in the food industry. Ashley’s passion is promoting sustainability is an avid traveller. From cooking in Marrakech, Morroco to Milian , visiting coffee plantations fields in Taiwan to walking on the singing Sandunes in Gansu (China). She is passionate about sustainable food designs in every corner of the world.
